1. Terms and Conditions
1. The subsequent interview and/or employment in any capacity of an individual introduced by Career Development Consultancy, either in writing or verbally, shall be deemed acceptance of he following terms. Introductions are made on the assurance from the candidate that they have had no contact with the client company in the previous 6 months.
1.1 The subsequent employment in any capacity of the candidate introduced by CDC within 6 months of introduction date will render our client company responsible for the stated fee, regardless of whether the client chooses to use the services of the agency to conduct subsequent discussions with the candidate. All candidate introductions are confidential to the client company- Subsequent employment in any capacity by or via a third party will render our Client Company responsible for the stated fee.
2. Fee
One - month salary charged only on successful employment, within one week of commencement of employment.
Note: Expenses such as advertising, psychological tests, rental of interview facilities are not included.
3. Refund Statement
If a candidate leaves employment for any reason (with the exception of redundancy measures) within the 3 months of commencement of employment, the client shall receive a refund of the introductory fees as follows:
- Within 1st month of engagement Full Refund
- Within 2nd month of engagement 50% refund of service charge
- Within 3rd month of engamement 25% refund of service charge
This guarantee is conditional on the client having paid our fee within 7 days of invoice date. To qualify for this refund the client must contact / notify us of any termination of engagement within 7 days thereof.
