How do we process?
Here are the few steps we will go through:
1. Once you agreed to us, we’ll ask you about your company information(What your company do, location, off days, working hours and etc)
2. We’ll ask you about the required positions info(Age, Education Level, Salary, Skills and etc)
3. We’ll start looking for suitable candidates.
4. We’ll contact them if they are in any interest of your company.
5. If they are, we’ll send their update CV to you to screen.
6. If you like any of the candidates/ candidate we sent to you, contact us and we will arrange the interview for you.
7. If you decided to hire anyone of them please inform us.
8. If you decided not to hire, we will ask you if you would like to see more CVs.
We charge 1 month gross salary of the employee you hire through us.
Gross salary = Basic salary + Allowances
Allowance = Travel Allowance, Tea Allowance and etc
