Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with Editorial Manager to set a medium- and long-term strategy for each product.

  • Analyses market & competitive data to ensure best positioning.

  • Analyses usage, both print & digital, to ensure full knowledge of trends.

  • Researches consumer buying behavior to ensure appropriate directory scoping.

  • Recommends pricing strategy according to market and usage developments.

  • Reviews all product & service advantages on an ongoing basis.

  • Works closely with sales to achieve optimum market allocation and thereby improve market penetration.

  • Ensures high quality content, daily updated as a driver of traffic to the website.

  • Ensures that advertisers are accurately displayed and are satisfied with their ad.

  • Knows the key statistics of the sector.

  • Identifies the top advertisers, meets them and understands their needs

  • Measures usage through Google and Facebook statistics and organizes appropriate content which will drive traffic.

  • Defines the role of content and maximizes its impact on revenue generation.

  • Works with Trade Association partners to mutual benefit.


To Fulfill the responsibilities

  • Conduct regular user review to track user satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular advertiser review to ensure advertiser satisfaction.

  • Maintain close relationship with key advertiser base to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Determines appropriate levels of content to support directory usage.

  • Analyses Genesis database to evaluate market potential and select high potential prospects.
